| I accept PayPal in US dollars as the only method of online payment.Payment is required at time of checkout. Just make sure you “click” all the way through to the PayPal website to complete the payment process.If I see that you’ve checked out an item but haven’t made your payment, I will send you a friendly message so you can finalize your purchase. If I don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.I’m sorry to say that New York State residents must pay an 8.25% sales tax. This tax will be added to your total amount including shipping, by PayPal at the time of payment. I hate to do it, but the law says I have to! |

| I ship to the address as it is written by you at the time of registration. Please make sure it’s correct and matches your address listed in PayPal.I will ship items together.Purchases ship within 1-3 days depending on if it’s a weekend or a holiday.I ship United States Postal Service, not insured but with delivery confirmation. If you’d like insurance, let me know. I ship First Class for domestic and international orders. Within the United States, delivery time is usually 1-4 days. Overseas is 7-10 days.

| I strive for my buyers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases and shopping experience in my shop. If you are not completely happy with an item, please contact me within SEVEN days of receipt of the item so that we can discuss the next steps to either refund, or exchange the item. You will be responsible for all shipping charges and returning the item in its original packaging. I CANNOT accept the return of jewelry that has been worn or used.If an item breaks after being worn only a few times, and is due to a defect in the materials or workmanship, please contact me to make arrangements for a repair, exchange or refund. I will be responsible for all shipping charges.I cannot be responsible if an item breaks due to other events that do not have to do with a defect in materials or workmanship (example – it gets dropped or stepped on). I can still try to repair the item if possible, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges and the cost of repair.I write complete and thorough descriptions of my items with accurate measurements. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If an item needs to be returned due to the wrong size, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item in it’s original packaging.
